How to Prepare an Enquiry for Bamboo Blinds and Wallcoverings
A clear enquiry helps both sides confirm product fit before samples, quotations or production planning begin. For bamboo blinds and wallcoverings, the installation setting and dimensions are usually more useful than a product name alone.
1. Start with the installation setting
Tell us where the product will be used: a residence, hotel, restaurant, retail store, office or another interior space. A photo of the room or installation area is useful because it shows daylight, nearby finishes and the visual scale of the project.
If there are special conditions such as high humidity, direct sunlight, cleaning requirements or a required fire-rating standard, include them at the beginning of the discussion.
2. Share dimensions and coverage
For blinds, provide the window width and height, the number of windows and whether the dimensions are finished opening sizes or approximate references. For wallcoverings, share the wall width and height, the number of panels or areas, and any corners, doors, sockets or cut-outs.
A simple marked-up drawing is enough for an initial review. It lets us discuss workable panel sizes, visual continuity and packing direction without guessing.
3. Define the visual and material direction
Please send reference images when possible. Indicate whether you are looking for a fine or open weave, bamboo slats or woven material, a natural or darker tone, and a calmer or more textured appearance.
Reference images are a direction rather than a final specification. We will use them together with the product range, dimensions and intended application to identify suitable options.
4. Add the commercial information that affects the quotation
Expected quantity, delivery destination, target timeline, sample requirement and packing preference all affect the discussion. For project supply, it is also helpful to say whether you are a brand, distributor, designer, contractor or purchasing team.
If the project has an approval stage, let us know what needs to be reviewed: material swatches, a sample size, a mock-up, finish confirmation or packing details.
5. Send the materials you already have
A complete first message can include: project or room photos, a dimension list or drawing, reference images, quantity, destination market and desired delivery time. There is no need to prepare a perfect document before contacting us.
With this information, we can respond with a more relevant material direction and tell you what should be confirmed next.
